Remembering the Ocean of Happiness | The biggest happiness, Connecting to God

Remembering the Ocean of Happiness | The biggest happiness, Connecting to God

If we remember someone who usually remains sad & upset, even we start feeling low… Remembering someone who’s usually happy & cheerful, even we feel good… Hence, remembering God, since He’s the Ocean of Happiness who remains ever-happy, keeps us filled with His waves of happiness!

It’s possible to practically experience God’s happiness in a second through Rajyoga Meditation… i.e., by considering ourselves a soul, & remembering God as per His accurate introduction (i.e., He’s an Incorporeal Soul, Ocean of All Virtues & Powers)

And this elevated experience & company of God, also prevents our old sanskars of sorrow from emerging!… Hence, allowing us to remain in the experience of happiness for long!

Indeed, it’s this spiritual happiness which the soul requires (since that’s it’s our original nature)… Only when unable to experience it inside, we start looking for it outside… But since external temporary attainments can never fully satisfy the permanent soul, we seem to be trapped in an endless pursuit of happiness!

Conclusion (The biggest happiness, Connecting to God)

Hence to experience this highest form of happiness… Let’s attend the free 7 Day Rajyoga Meditation Course at our nearest Brahma Kumaris Centre… To start experiencing a direct dynamic & personal relationship with God, which fills & satisfies the soul completely!

Related: The Virtue of Giving

One of the greatest happiness is in spiritually serving others i.e., sharing our peace, love & joy with all. Because:

  • When we give love, respect, etc to others, that energy is first created inside us… Hence, we’re the 1st to feel good inside!
  • By giving we get the blessings from all… And this flow of very pure & positive energy coming towards us boosts our stage immensely!
  • The law of Karma implies that if we give happiness to others, it returns back to us manifold!
  • Seeing our actions benefit others is the greatest source of happiness
  • Since giving is an original nature of the soul, it (i.e., giving) keeps us closer to our pure original divine self!

Conclusion (The Joy of Giving quotes)

Hence like a flowing river, let’s continue the flow of giving to all, since that’s where our true happiness lies!

Going Beyond Questions | How to overcome Questions | All general knowledge questions and answers

Thinking of too many waste questions (what, why, where, when, how) drains a lot of our energy & happiness… Hence, let’s overcome questions!

How?

Spiritual knowledge provides an answer (to all questions!):

  • We’ve seen numerous times how a seemingly adverse scene (e.g., getting fired from job) turns out to be a boon (the subsequently started business flourishing!)… Hence, the realization ‘Every scene of this world drama is accurate & beneficial‘ is the single answer to all problems!
  • Why me? – It’s an accurate return of past karma (& everyone is facing different such things!), glad it’s over, now let me focus on creating a beautiful present!
  • The awareness ‘I’m the Master of my thoughts & feelings’ finishes dependencies (& hence also unnecessary questions!)
  • Why are they like this? – They’re souls on a long journey, hence have created many different sanskars (many of which they’re themselves troubled with!)… Hence, let me share goodness with them!

Conclusion (Going Beyond Questions)

Hence, let’s shift from the crooked question mark sign to the simple full stop… To remain at ease, happy & content always!

Let’s also learn how to overcome Expectations, Desires, Comparison, Competition, Hurry, Hurt, Jealousy, Guilt, Addictions, Anger, Greed & Fear

Going Beyond Comparison | How to stop comparing yourself to others

How to stop comparing yourself to others quote

Going Beyond Comparison | How to stop comparing yourself to others

Comparing with others is the easiest way to become unhappy

So, how to stop comparing yourself to others?

Hence, let’s overcome comparison, by remembering thoughts like:

  • Life is always a bundle of something good & some not-so-good.. And comparison makes us forget the good part!
  • Indeed if we focus on our specialities, they grow & we end up reaching much higher than we had ever thought!
  • In fact, others may be comparing themselves to us, for things which we have more!
  • What we’ve (& they’ve) got is an accurate return of past karma.. Hence even if we want something extra, let’s make our present karma even more beautiful!
  • Comparison directly leads to jealousy & competition, big energy-drainers!

Conclusion (How to stop comparing yourself to others)

Hence let’s adopt the virtues of self-respect, gratitude & contentment to become free from comparison… Thereby, keep experiencing an elevated state of mind & continued progress at every step always!
