Attention on our Thoughts picture

We have so much work to do, now we have to create more new thoughts??

Modern science has proved we create more than 50,000 – 60,000 thoughts every day… Hence it’s not about creating new thoughts, but just checking their quality in between..

Checking our thoughts seems difficult!

Checking just takes a second, is everything comfortable & easy inside? (if not, change in a second!) 

Like how if employee is doing work in hurry, we just tell him to relax, he does!… It’s as simple as that!

Like when baby in cradle cries, we just go & pacify him, & he becomes silent!… Simple!

Checking all the time?? 

just checking once every few hours is more than enough (since we’re just effectively ensuring everything is on track(… And we anyway take numerous such breaks throughout the day (lunch, travel, walking, waiting, restroom, etc) 

Look at the immense benefits! 

And this small attention has numerous benefits… Since it’s the mind which does everything outside, even a little correction of thoughts leads to lots of savings of energy, which has numerous benefits:

  • Increases work efficiency, creativity & job satisfaction 
  • Provides greater space to understand & accommodate colleagues, enhancing teamwork & overall work 
  • Keeps us comfortable & happy, even while being busy at work outside!

Still seems tricky! 

It’s really very simple… And if you’re really so commited at it, we can also set a Traffic Control alarm, (1 minute every hour)… Just 1-2 days for then making it a natural habit!… And get all the above benefits!
