The 1st answer is, that it’s a medical case to be considered by a doctor.. So, please remain in touch / supervision of a specialist doctor for this problem.. This article just aims to provide additional tips to help.

Introduction

Sleep 😴 is very much connected with the subconscious mind (because we’re in subconscious during sleep)…

So, the issue is simple, we just need to overcome the fear filled in the subconscious mind.

The solution!

Here are 2 powerful & specific techniques for doing so:

The subconscious mind starts becoming active few minutes before we fall off to sleep… And 5-10 minutes after waking up… Here are powerful tips for both these times:

After waking up!

Immediately after waking up, create the following thoughts in sequence (7 times):

Either Hindi or English

Hindi – मैं मास्टर सर्वशक्तिमान हूँ *… निर्भय हूँ… भगवान् मेरे साथ है… सब कुछ अच्छा होगा

English – I’m Master Almighty *… Fearless… God is with me… Everything will be good

*

  • Master, because we’re child of God
  • सर्वशक्तिमान or Almighty, since God is All-Powerful

Before going to bed!

And before going to bed to sleep, would be recommended to sit (maybe on some writing table) & write down (using pen & paper) those thoughts 30 times or more

Both these techniques create significant positive energy, which seep into the subconscious & overcome the energy of fear… There’s innumerable success cases

Just continue this practice for 21 days… It’s sure to succeed (most see their problem disappear in just 7 days!)

These are the type of solutions which Suraj bhai of Mt. Abu offers… He has 50+ years experience of Rajyoga Meditation, & is actively solving people’s problems over the past many years (through his TV show ‘Samadhan‘ on Peace of Mind TV
